PM / PdM experience. Reliability mind-set and experience.

Exceptional Talent will have the following: Degree.  Automotive.  Customer facing experience.  Strong problem solving and root cause tools. Ability to lead cross - functional problem solving.  8D.  This is a Customer-facing Quality Engineer role supporting manufacturing process improvement, root cause analysis, and quality systems. 

Exceptional Talent will have the following: Degree Finance or Accounting.  5-7 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.  Supervisory experience. Manufacturing accounting leadership role supporting financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, and business performance. Seeking an accounting professional with leadership experience and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations.

Exceptional Talent will have the following: Degree or experience.  3-7 years.  Experience partnering closely with production teams to investigate quality issues, lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements. Experience with quality systems, problem-solving methodologies, and manufacturing processes such as metals, electronics, or related industries is highly desirable.

Exceptional Talent will have the following: Degree.  Strong CI toolbox.  Leadership.  Manufacturing, aerospace, or like environments required.5+ years in a CI role.
